Magic Eden takes the rights of intellectual property owners seriously. If you are a copyright holder, or their agent, and believe that content on Magic Eden infringes your copyright, you can submit a claim through this form.

Copyright infringement notices must include the following information in order for Magic Eden to review your claim:

• Contact Information
  • Full Name
  • Company Name (if applicable)
  • Email Address
• Content Details
  • A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed
  • Item(s) on Magic Eden you are making a claim against (please be as detailed as possible and provide a URL to help us locate the material you are reporting)
• Legal Declaration
  • You must affirmatively agree to the following:
    • (i) I have a good faith belief that the use of the copyright described above in connection with the content described above is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; (ii) I represent that the information in this claim is true and correct and I am authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed; and (iii) I consent to my complaint being forwarded to the user that posted the allegedly infringing content.

When Magic Eden receives an infringement claim, and/or removes an NFT or NFT collection pursuant to such an infringement claim, we will attempt to contact the originator, provide a copy of the infringement report (including the name and email of the party who submitted the claim) and provide information about how to submit a counter notice.

Magic Eden accepts counter notices where applicable. Upon receiving a counter notice, we will provide a copy of the counter notice to the original complaining party. The removed material may be replaced or access to it may be restored after the counter notice is processed.
